Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure that every purchase from www.pardaonline.com is smooth, transparent, and delightful.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a cancellation, refund, or return, and the process we follow to ensure fairness for all customers.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or dispatched.

After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the order may already be under production or dispatched.
1.2 After Dispatch

Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If you still wish to refuse delivery, the return will be handled as per our Return & Exchange Policy, and applicable charges will be deducted.
1.3 Custom / Made-to-Order Products

Please ensure all measurements, fabric choices, and details are correct before confirming your order.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.
2.1 Eligibility for Return / Replacement
To qualify for a return or replacement:

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

You must provide proof of purchase and unboxing images/videos showing the issue.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom-made or made-to-measure curtains, blinds, and wallpapers.

Fabric swatches, upholstery fabrics, cushion covers, runners, and discounted items.

Items damaged due to improper installation, mishandling, or usage after delivery.
2.3 Return Charges

A return handling fee of ₹200 per order ID will apply.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method after inspection.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be provided as a Gift Card or Store Credit usable on future purchases.

The forward shipping cost will be borne by the brand.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Method
Once the returned item is received and inspected by our quality team:

Refunds for prepaid orders will be made to the original payment mode (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or bank).

Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit or gift card.

Refund processing may take 7–14 working days after approval.

In cases where a Gift with Purchase (GWP) was included, and the return causes the order value to fall below the eligibility threshold, the GWP must also be returned or its value will be deducted.
3.2 Deductions
The following may be deducted from the refund amount:

Return handling fee (₹200 per order).

Shipping and COD charges (if applicable).

Cost of free gifts or promotional items not returned.

Damaged or missing parts of returned goods.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive an incorrect or defective product:

Please email us within 48 hours at pardaonline@gmail.com with photos/videos of the defect and your order number.

Do not install or use the item until we confirm the next steps.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per policy.

6. Order Modification

Once an order is confirmed, no modification (size, color, design, address, etc.) can be made after 12 hours of placement.

For urgent requests, please contact our support team immediately.

Modifications are subject to feasibility and stock availability.
7. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, lockdowns, transport delays, strikes, or government restrictions.
