This Platform (“Platform”) allows users (“You”, “Your”, “User”) to:

  • Browse and purchase curtains, blinds, wallpapers, and home décor products.

  • Request custom-made furnishing and décor solutions.

  • Avail consultation and installation services provided by our experts.

Your use of this Platform signifies your acceptance of these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Platform.

2. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Platform will indicate your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Minors (under 18 years) may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The Company reserves the right to terminate access if a User is found ineligible.

4. Account and Registration

  • You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Platform.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if the information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

5. Privacy

6. Communications

By using the Platform, you agree to receive communications from us electronically via emails, SMS, calls, or notifications.

7. Orders

  • You can place orders for available products or request customized décor solutions.

  • For customized products, a 100% advance payment is required and is non-refundable once processing begins.

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch or production.

  • We provide a 10% extra fabric allowance for measurement adjustments.

  • Refer to our Measurement Guide before placing any custom order.

8. Delivery and Installation

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 7–10 working days, depending on product type and availability.

  • Delivery timelines vary by location.

  • Installation services can be arranged during order placement upon request.

  • If you choose to self-install or hire an external vendor, we are not responsible for any damages or performance issues resulting from improper installation.

9. Cancellations & Returns

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only.

  • Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

  • In case of damaged or defective products, please email pardaonline@gmail.com  or contact +91 93200 08100 within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos of the product received.

  • Replacements or refunds will be processed after verification.

10. Pricing & Charges

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change product prices or delivery charges at any time without prior notice.

11. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload or share any unlawful, obscene, or offensive content.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its data.

  • Impersonate another person or use fraudulent details.

  • Use the Platform for commercial resale, spam, or unlawful activities.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of your access.

12. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via secure online payment gateways, UPI, or cash on delivery (where available).
We are not responsible for:

  • Payment failures due to technical errors.

  • Unauthorized or declined transactions by payment gateways or banks.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parda Online Decor Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, and employees from any loss, damage, liability, or claims arising due to your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources.
We do not control or endorse these external sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

16. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, graphics, text, logos, and trademarks displayed on this Platform are the property of Parda Online Decor Pvt. Ltd.
Reproduction, modification, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

17. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.

18. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

19. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural calamities, strikes, internet outages, or government actions.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
