Our Return & Exchange Policy
Your happiness is our priority. Whether you need a return, replacement, repair, or exchange, we’ve got you covered.
Please note:

Returns or exchanges can be requested only once per order.

If a return is requested, any free gift (such as a cushion cover, care pack, etc.) received with the order must also be returned; otherwise, its value will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds Made Easy
To request a refund, please raise a return request within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
You can find the Return/Exchange option in the footer section of our homepage under Customer Service.
Didn’t Love the Item? No Problem!
You can return eligible item(s) purchased online within India.
However, if your order included a Gift with Purchase (GWP) and the return reduces your order value below the qualifying amount, the gift must also be returned. If not, a charge equivalent to its value will be deducted.
This ensures fairness while maintaining a seamless process for all our customers.
Steps to Book Your Return / Exchange
To be eligible, please ensure:
✔️ The product is in original packaging.
✔️ It has not been used, installed, or damaged.
✔️ It’s your first return/exchange for that order.
✔️ Original tags and labels are intact.
✔️ You have the invoice or proof of purchase.
✔️ The request is raised within 7 days of delivery along with the reason for return.
Important Notes
✔️ Returns/Exchanges can be requested only once per order.
✔️ Fabric Swatches, Blinds, Upholstery Fabrics, Cushion Covers, Runners, and Wallpapers cannot be returned or exchanged.
✔️ Jacquard/Plain Curtains and Custom Orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
✔️ Custom orders must be prepaid only.
✔️ Heavily discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product page for details.
✔️ For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, return/exchange/refund processing will begin only after we receive COD payment from our courier partner. This may take up to 28 days from delivery.
✔️ A nominal charge of ₹200 will apply per return/exchange request (per order ID).
✔️ Parda Online reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not meet policy requirements.
Once we receive and inspect your product, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed as a gift card for future purchases.
Exchange Policy
Need a different size or color? No worries! You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility Conditions
✔️ Product must be in original packaging and unused/uninstalled.
✔️ Original tags must be intact.
✔️ Proof of purchase is required.
✔️ This should be your first exchange request for that order.
✔️ The exchange request and reason must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Please Note
✔️ Fabric Swatches, Blinds, Upholstery Fabrics, Cushion Covers, Runners, Wallpapers, and heavily discounted products cannot be exchanged.
✔️ Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange and must be prepaid.
✔️ Products purchased during discounts will be exchanged at current discount rates, not the original rates.
✔️ ₹200 will be charged for each exchange request.
✔️ For COD orders, exchanges will be processed after payment confirmation (up to 28 days from delivery).
✔️ Parda Online reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the policy terms.
Once the returned product and payment confirmation are received, your replacement product will be dispatched promptly.
Manufacturing Defects
If you notice any manufacturing defect within 7 days of receiving your order, please do not install or use the product.
Email us at pardaonline@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Warranty
Enjoy a 1-year warranty against issues like misprints, fading, pilling, or color bleeding on fabric products.
Please follow the care instructions carefully.

Received the Wrong Product or Size?
If we mistakenly shipped the wrong product, please email pardaonline@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, email us, and we’ll try to assist you with the best possible solution as per our policy.
Non-Returnable Discounted Products
Products sold under heavy discounts or clearance sales may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please review the product page carefully before making a purchase.
Order Modification & Cancellation
✔️ Order modifications are not allowed after 12 hours of placement.
✔️ Order cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours of placement.
✔️ In the case of heavily discounted items, no returns or exchanges are allowed once delivered.
